Neonatal care is a specialized service field focused on supporting and caring for the health and daily needs of babies during their early years, typically from birth to 1-2 months of age.
Although it's not a complicated or strenuous job, to stay in this profession long-term, those who work in it need to dedicate their whole heart, love for children, and high level of discipline to each daily task.

Ms. Nguyen Duong Nhat Linh (32 years old) is one of the few people in Tay Ninh who has been dedicated to caring for mothers and newborns for over 10 years. On average, Ms. Nhat Linh cares for about 5-6 babies each day. She doesn't set overly high targets because this is a reasonable level that allows her enough time to travel while fulfilling her responsibilities and ensuring the best possible care for the children.
Ms. Linh shared: "As a mother myself, I can understand the feelings of mothers after giving birth. When taking care of the baby, I put all my love into it, feeling like I'm taking care of my own child."

For Ms. Le Thi Hai Yen (40 years old, residing in Tan Ninh ward), sharing the pressures of postpartum care is a way for mothers to relax, a way for them to learn self-love, and to have a more comfortable and energetic mindset to love and care for their baby.
Currently, this is considered a profession with a stable income and high demand due to young families increasingly focusing on scientific care.
