To celebrate reaching its 2,500,000th member, MobiFone's Long-Term Connection program is launching an unprecedented upgrade program. Amidst the fiercely competitive telecommunications market, MobiFone's Long-Term Connection program creates a unique mark in customer care. The program is designed as a token of gratitude to loyal users, offering numerous special benefits. In addition to point accumulation and redemption, voucher promotions, data packages, and more, MobiFone's Long-Term Connection program is introducing new promotions to enhance customer experience. Specifically, to show appreciation to loyal customers over the years, MobiFone is launching a card upgrade program for Long-Term Connection members. Members who meet the program's eligibility criteria will be upgraded to a higher tier before the scheduled time if they accumulate at least 85% of the required points for the upgrade. Specifically, members wishing to upgrade to Diamond status only need to accumulate 13,600 points or more (instead of the previous requirement of 16,000 points). Similarly, members with 10,200 to under 13,600 points will be upgraded to Gold; from 5,950 to under 10,200 points to Titanium; from 3,400 to under 5,950 points to Silver; and under 3,400 points to Bronze. This program applies to the September, October, and November 2024 membership review cycle. During this period, members will not be limited in the number of early upgrades. Members who are upgraded early will receive benefits corresponding to their membership tier as stipulated by MobiFone. Furthermore, from November 1st to December 15th, 2024, members who have been issued Diamond, Gold, and Titanium membership cards in the Long-Term Connection program and have accumulated 1,000 points or more in their account will also receive additional benefits such as a free general health check-up at Vinmec/Mirai Healthcare International General Hospital and a free gene decoding package at Genestory. To enjoy these benefits, eligible members must redeem their accumulated points for an e-code (1,000 points = 1 e-code). Diamond members can redeem up to 2,000 points for two e-codes, one of which can be gifted to a family member. Each e-code corresponds to one health check-up package at Vinmec/Mirai Healthcare International General Hospital or one gene decoding package at Genestory.
