In order to support maintaining communication and sharing with customers affected by storm No. 3 Yagi and the impact of floods in the northern provinces, MobiFone has launched a preferential program for all customers. Specifically, the preferential subjects are prepaid and postpaid subscribers residing in the following provinces and cities: Lang Son, Cao Bang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Hoa Binh, Son La, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Ninh Binh , Thanh Hoa, Phu Tho, Bac Kan, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc. Accordingly, customers will be added 30,000 VND to the KM3T promotional account, used for domestic and international voice and SMS services within 7 days from the time of successful promotion addition. For customers who still have money and usage time in the KM3T account, an additional 30,000 VND and 7 days will be added to the number of days of use. Along with the incentive program, MobiFone units also arranged human resources at low-lying stations, prepared rescue plans and ensured equipment safety.
