Accordingly, Dak Lak Power Company mobilized youth union members, workers from the Power Management Teams, and coordinated with local authorities to survey the extent of the damage and compile a list of households needing house repairs or reconstruction.
The units not only provided labor but also waived all installation costs for metering and electrical systems in affected households, focusing on policy beneficiary families, poor households, and households with particularly difficult circumstances.
The company's leadership also requested that all units carry out their work with urgency, safety, efficiency, and quality.

According to the list from the Provincial People's Committee, in Dak Lak province, there are 892 households with severely damaged houses needing repair; and 653 households with houses that have collapsed, been destroyed, or swept away needing reconstruction (including houses that are beyond repair). Specifically in Hoa Thinh commune, there are 144 households with severely damaged houses and 117 households with houses that have collapsed, been destroyed, or swept away needing reconstruction.

With a large workload and tight deadlines, the local authorities are actively implementing a campaign to provide emergency support to households severely affected by floods, helping people to stabilize their lives and return to normal activities before the Lunar New Year 2026.
