MISA offers free lifetime access to its sales and tax filing software on mobile phones for all business households with annual revenue under 500 million VND.

On December 12, 2025, in Hanoi, in response to changes in tax policy under the new regulations of the National Assembly regarding raising the taxable revenue threshold to over 500 million VND/year, MISA Group officially launched a program offering free lifetime access to its sales and tax filing software on mobile phones for business households with annual revenue under 500 million VND.

MISA, in collaboration with tax officials, provides guidance to business households on using sales software and filing taxes.

According to the new regulations, business households with annual revenue under 500 million VND are exempt from tax. However, revenue declaration remains a mandatory requirement to determine actual revenue levels as stipulated by law. This is considered an important step in the transition from a lump-sum tax system to a declaration-based system, aiming for a more transparent and equitable management method.

To support household businesses in complying with regulations and enjoying their full rights, MISA Group is launching a program offering free lifetime access to its MISA eShop sales and tax filing software on mobile phones, under the name "Taking Flight" solution package. The program is presented as a commitment to accompanying and supporting household businesses in gradually adapting to new policies, aiming for stable and sustainable development.

MISA officially announces a program offering free lifetime access to its sales and tax filing software on mobile phones for all business households with annual revenue under 500 million VND.

According to information from MISA Group, MISA eShop comes pre-integrated with 5,000 invoices, allowing business owners to proactively issue invoices when needed without requiring additional resources or incurring initial costs. On the same platform, business owners can perform sales transactions, record revenue, issue invoices when necessary, file taxes, and complete accounting records.

The software is designed with a simple, user-friendly interface that doesn't require in-depth accounting knowledge, making it suitable for a wide range of household businesses. At the same time, MISA eShop fully complies with the 7 accounting ledgers required for household businesses according to Circular 88/2021/TT-BTC, automating the recording of sales data, revenue and expenses, inventory management, and taxes from actual business operations. In addition, the voice order placement feature allows elderly or less tech-savvy household business owners to use it conveniently during their daily sales process.

MISA eShop is a comprehensive solution that allows for voice order processing, making it easy for even elderly or tech-illiterate business owners to use, ahead of the implementation of the flat-rate tax system.

The program was implemented with the goal of supporting business households during the policy transition period, assisting them in familiarizing themselves with tax declaration procedures, gradually eliminating lump-sum taxes, and thereby contributing to increased transparency in business operations.

The lifetime free software offer under the "Take Off" package is seen by MISA Group as a long-term commitment to the business community, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming to contribute to building a foundation for legally compliant and sustainable business operations.
