After finding 30 million VND, a citizen asked the police to find and return it to the owner.

On December 13th, the Chau Thanh Commune Police, Tay Ninh Province, along with Mr. Tran Van Tu (33 years old, residing in Chau Thanh Commune), returned 30 million VND to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai (59 years old, residing in Suoi Muon Hamlet, Chau Thanh Commune) after he had previously lost the money.

The 30 million VND was returned to the person who lost it.

Earlier, at approximately 1:30 PM on December 10, 2025, while traveling on the road, Mr. Tran Van Tu found a wad of cash worth 30 million VND but could not identify the owner. Immediately afterwards, Mr. Tu brought the money to the Chau Thanh Commune Police Station to hand it over, asking the police force for assistance in finding the owner to return it.

Upon receiving the report, the Chau Thanh Commune Police quickly verified the information and determined that the money belonged to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai, residing in Suoi Muon Hamlet, Chau Thanh Commune. After completing the necessary procedures, the commune police invited Mr. Hai to the station to reclaim his lost property.

Upon receiving the money back, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai expressed his joy and gratitude for the responsible spirit of the Chau Thanh Commune Police force, and also thanked Mr. Tran Van Tu, who acted honestly, did not take the found money, and contributed to spreading good deeds in the community.

The Chau Thanh commune police said that they acknowledge and commend the honesty of Mr. Tran Van Tu; and will continue to promote propaganda and mobilize people to raise awareness of protecting personal property and replicate good deeds, building a civilized, safe, and compassionate living environment.
