Cau Khoi Commune: Many cultural centers are in disrepair.

At the Bau Dai Hamlet Cultural Center, the facilities are dilapidated; the gate and fence are rusty, the brick posts are worn, and the B40 mesh fence is old and peeling. Inside the hall, there is a shortage of tables and chairs, and the meeting room area lacks ceremonial decorations.

Prior to the meeting for interaction and dialogue between the heads of Party committees and the government, many opinions and suggestions from the Vietnam Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, and the people reflected that many other hamlet cultural centers were in a similar condition. Specifically, at the Phuoc Le hamlet cultural center, the hamlet office buildings, gates, fences, and toilets were all dilapidated; the tables and chairs were old and worn out...

Similarly, the cultural centers in Phuoc Tan, Phuoc Hiep, Phuoc An, and Khoi Trung hamlets are dilapidated, with cracked walls, damaged electrical and lighting systems; there are no drainage gutters during the rainy season, and the roofs leak... In addition, none of the aforementioned cultural centers have ceremonial decorations in the meeting room area.

Many opinions suggested that local leaders should plan to upgrade and repair the aforementioned hamlet cultural centers; direct and guide the decoration of the cultural centers to ensure compliance with regulations, replace old decorations; and strengthen inspection and supervision of the activities of the hamlet cultural centers.

According to the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cau Khoi Commune, Director of the Commune's Public Administrative Service Center, Ha Duy Thanh, the People's Committee has directed the Department of Culture and Social Affairs to survey, review, and prepare a budget for submission to the People's Committee. The current state of the remaining hamlet cultural centers in the commune is still adequate for use. The People's Committee has compiled a list of investments for repairing dilapidated hamlet cultural centers and is preparing to submit it to the Commune People's Council for approval of the public investment list for the period 2026-2030. This includes a request to consider allocating funds for renovation, repair, or new construction of dilapidated cultural centers; and to regularly inspect and guide the operation of the hamlet cultural centers to ensure their effectiveness in the future.

At the recent 2025 meeting and dialogue between the heads of the Party Committee and the government with the Vietnam Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, and people in the commune, the commune leaders stated that they will use the supplementary funds for the National Target Program on New Rural Development in 2025 (Central Government budget allocated to the Department of Culture and Social Affairs under the "Improving the effectiveness of the system of grassroots cultural and sports facilities") to redecorate the ceremonial grounds in accordance with regulations for Phuoc Tan, Phuoc Le, Phuoc An, and Phuoc Hoi hamlets.

The community center is currently located at the Phuoc Le Hamlet Cultural House.

Specifically for Bau Dai and Phuoc Hiep hamlets, due to the dilapidated condition of the community centers, they will be decorated for the festivities after renovation and repair. The commune leaders will equip Lang, Phuoc Tan, Phuoc Hoi, Phuoc Le, Phuoc An, Phuoc Hiep, and Bau Dai hamlets with mobile loudspeakers and public address systems.
