In his opening remarks at the driving test, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police, emphasized that in order to create favorable conditions for people, especially poor and near-poor households and policy beneficiary families in Phuoc Vinh and Long Thuan communes who have the need and meet the conditions to participate in learning, taking the test, and obtaining a motorcycle driving license in accordance with regulations; and to raise awareness of compliance with traffic safety laws, the Traffic Police Department, in coordination with functional units and local authorities, has mobilized organizations and businesses in the province to jointly support funding and cooperate with driving schools to organize motorcycle driving classes specifically for these groups.
Colonel Pham Thanh Tam – Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, requested that the Traffic Police Department, the Examination Council, and examiners coordinate with relevant units to thoroughly prepare the necessary material and human resources to organize the examination effectively, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Previously, trainees from disadvantaged backgrounds and ethnic minorities in Phuoc Vinh and Long Thuan communes were provided with transportation to Hong Hung General Hospital for free health check-ups, ensuring they met the necessary conditions to participate in training and testing for motorcycle driving licenses. The units also coordinated with local authorities to organize awareness campaigns and provide trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills to complete the A1 motorcycle driving training course.

Organizing free training and testing for motorcycle driving licenses for disadvantaged people and ethnic minorities aims to concretize the policies of the Party, the State, and the Public Security sector, creating favorable conditions for people, especially those in difficult circumstances, in remote areas, ethnic minority regions, and policy beneficiary families, to access and participate in training, testing, and obtaining motorcycle driving licenses. This contributes to raising awareness of traffic laws, minimizing the risk of violations and accidents caused by driving without a license; and supporting people to have more convenient conditions for travel, work, and production.

On this occasion, the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police mobilized benefactors to donate gifts (100,000 VND/person) to support food and drink expenses and provide helmets for disadvantaged people and ethnic minorities participating in the driving test.
