This is one of the largest automated, intelligent cold storage facilities in Southeast Asia, with a capacity of 110,000 pallets.
What sets NECS apart from other warehouses in the market is its partnership with banks to implement a financial support model for businesses (managing pledged goods), allowing businesses to use the goods in the warehouse as collateral. The digitized management system ensures data transparency, direct connection with banks, and reduced risk, thereby accelerating disbursement and maintaining production.
NECS operates automatically in a deep-freeze environment, with intelligent robotic systems and racking systems powered by data and optimized algorithms. The entire process, from booking, receiving and dispatching goods, inventory tracking, temperature management, to tracing shipment history, is operated on a digital platform, integrating IoT and artificial intelligence (AI).
NECS operates a multi-temperature system ranging from -22°C to +25°C, meeting the requirements of most seafood, agricultural, processed food, and other product categories with stringent temperature control requirements.

Goods are processed automatically.
In addition to warehousing, NECS provides a range of value-added services such as sorting and selection, packing and labeling, order counting, transshipment to seaports, and import/export documentation processing.
Everything is managed on a single platform, allowing customers to track shipments in real time and control the entire logistics journey, from cold storage, bonded warehouses, distribution centers to international seaports, contributing to elevating Vietnam's supply chain.
