Support for medical treatment costs through the "From Heart to Heart" program.

On the afternoon of December 12th, representatives from the "From Heart to Heart" program of Tay Ninh Newspaper, Radio and Television, along with the Chau Thanh Commune Red Cross Society, visited and provided financial assistance to Ms. Phan Thi Nhin, the subject of the program.

Ms. Phan Thi Nhin (born in 1966, residing in Dong Khoi hamlet, Chau Thanh commune) comes from a disadvantaged family and earns a living selling lottery tickets. Unfortunately, she suffered two strokes, severely affecting her health, and she is now dependent on the help of friends and neighbors for all personal activities. Due to a lack of funds for treatment, her condition has not improved to this day.
