According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, today, December 13th, the weather in the Northeast region, western Phu Tho, and eastern Son La and Lao Cai provinces will experience moderate to heavy rain, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. Rainfall amounts will generally range from 30-60mm, with some areas receiving over 100mm.

This afternoon and tonight, from Thanh Hoa to Hue City, there will be moderate to heavy rain, with rainfall amounts of 20-50mm, and in some places very heavy rain exceeding 80mm. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

In addition, around today, a cold front will affect the Northeast region, then the North Central, Northwest, and Central regions. Northeast winds will gradually strengthen to level 3-4, level 4-5 in coastal areas, and level 6 in some places, with gusts up to level 7-8.

From today, the weather in Northern Vietnam will turn cold, with intense cold in mountainous and hilly areas, and severe cold in some high mountainous regions. Some areas in the Northern Delta will experience intense cold. The North Central region will also turn cold.

Southern Vietnam and other areas will experience intermittent sunshine, with some places having showers and thunderstorms.

Southern Vietnam will be cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas. The lowest temperature will be 22-25 degrees Celsius, and the highest will be 30-33 degrees Celsius.

Ho Chi Minh City will be cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas. The lowest temperature will be 23-25 ​​degrees Celsius, and the highest will be 31-33 degrees Celsius.
