According to the resolution, the overall target for the development of social insurance participants in Da Nang City by 2030 is 856,525 people. Of this, the target for voluntary social insurance participation in Da Nang City by 2030 is a minimum of 68,036 people.
The total target for social insurance participation assigned by the Government to 34 provinces and centrally-administered cities by 2030, according to the resolution, is 29,334,000 people. Of this, the target for voluntary social insurance by 2030 assigned to these 34 localities is at least 2,444,500 people.
The Government assigns the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities the responsibility of directing relevant departments and agencies to develop plans and solutions for implementation to achieve the assigned targets. Based on socio- economic conditions, budget balancing capacity, and the mobilization of social resources, they shall submit proposals to the People's Councils at the same level for decision on providing additional financial support for social insurance contributions for those participating in voluntary social insurance.
