Duc Ninh village is a predominantly Catholic village with nearly 300 households and over 1,000 inhabitants. Comrade Bui Van Bang, Deputy Secretary of the Party branch and Head of the Village Front Committee, stated: "In recent years, the Catholic community here has demonstrated a spirit of unity, creativity, and active participation in economic development and the building of socio-cultural life, contributing to the commune's realization of socio-economic development goals. The village Party committee, together with the parish priest and the Pastoral Council, regularly encourages parishioners to strictly adhere to the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, and live virtuous lives. From 2024 to the present, parishioners have donated thousands of square meters of land and many days of labor to implement projects in the village."
The road from Duc Hill passing through Duc Ninh village is an important transportation route that has recently been expanded and upgraded. To provide space for construction, parishioners donated land and demolished fences and gates. Among the households that donated land, Mrs. Tran Thi Thinh's family donated the largest area. Mrs. Thinh expressed: "We know that 'every inch of land is precious,' but we are aware that wider roads and alleys facilitate transportation, serving the interests of our own family and the people in the village, leading to economic development. Therefore, my family donated land to expand the road."
The movement to build "three-no" residential areas continues to be effectively implemented with the following contents: No social vices; no environmental pollution; and no waste or outdated customs in weddings and funerals. The village's Front Committee, branches, and organizations in the residential area coordinate with religious leaders to propagate to Catholic families the importance of adhering to community regulations and civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, and festivals. Annually, religious festivals are organized solemnly, in accordance with regulations, and in compliance with the law. To meet environmental criteria, villagers actively sort and process organic waste at home. Livestock farmers use biogas digesters to treat livestock waste, reducing the risk of environmental pollution. Catholic parishioners actively participate in self-governing groups, building a model of a peaceful parish – respecting God and loving the country. Every year, 100% of registered households strive to achieve the status of "Culturally Advanced Family," with no children involved in social vices. As a result of the evaluation, over 95% of Catholic families achieve the title of "Culturally Advanced Family" annually. The maintenance of security and order serves as a foundation for the village's socio-economic development.

As a result, the percentage of well-off and wealthy households is increasing rapidly. The average income of parishioners is over 80 million dong per year. Since 2020, Ms. Pham Thi Hue's family has started raising dairy cows. Ms. Hue shared: "Currently, my family regularly raises 30 dairy cows. To maintain productivity and milk quality, we always focus on hygiene in the barns, keeping them dry, airy, and clean; vaccinating against common diseases according to the vaccination schedule; and preserving milk according to proper technical procedures... We cultivate nearly 7 acres of elephant grass and utilize agricultural by-products such as straw and banana tree trunks in combination with industrial feed to reduce feed costs during the farming process." As a result, the cows are healthy, produce plenty of milk consistently, and the milk is of good quality. Each year, after deducting expenses, approximately 300 million VND is earned.
