In terms of quality, the product meets many domestic and international standards. The membrane technology is from the USA – the RO membrane has NSF/ANSI 58 certification from the USA for filtration efficiency and safety. Mitification tests on some materials in direct contact with water are conducted at Quatest 1 – under the National Committee for Standards, Metrology and Quality. The materials of the water purifier are tested to limit harmful substances in the production of electronic equipment, protecting human health and the environment from electronic waste (RoHS) for the water purifier product, conducted by TUV-SUD.
Testing area for 3 functions of RO water purifier.The factory's quality control process includes many rigorous steps based on domestic and international standards, notably the NSF standard (a non-profit organization recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO)). Water purifier components undergo 100,000 discharge cycles at 10 bar pressure, with a rupture pressure of up to 26-28 bar, to ensure the durability, safety, and longevity of the components. Additionally, components with paint coatings and metals are evaluated for rust and corrosion resistance using a hot and humid environment test with 5% NaCl salt, ensuring product stability under harsh operating conditions. Components must pass tests in extreme environments ranging from -20°C to 60°C and operating voltages of 180-240VAC. The materials used in its production include a thick and sturdy frame, high-quality virgin ABS plastic with a smooth, glossy surface, and thin yet strong tempered glass.
The steel frame for the RO water purifier is manufactured directly at the factory.The Hoa Phat HPA885 hot and cold RO alkaline hydrogen ion water purifier is manufactured at the Hoa Phat Home Appliances Factory in Hoa Mac Industrial Park, Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province. The factory covers an area of 15 hectares, with an investment of 1,000 billion VND, and has been operational since 2022. To meet growing demand, the factory has added shifts, improved processes, and put into operation an integrated functional filter production line with a capacity of 1,000 units per day. Previously, functional filters were mainly imported. The move to domestic production allows the factory to have better control over supply and quality.
Ultra F3.0 3-function raw core system production areaAs of September 2025, Hoa Phat Home Appliances Company had developed 15 product lines with over 288 models. The factory manufactures five main product lines in-house: water purifiers, hot and cold water dispensers, air coolers, induction cookers, and range hoods. The company is producing core components such as control circuit boards, pressure tanks, and induction coils to reduce reliance on external suppliers and better control production costs.
