Visiting and offering incense to President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs on the occasion of the Revolutionary Tradition Day of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province (December 13).

On the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the revolutionary tradition of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province (December 13, 1940 - December 13, 2025), on the morning of December 13, a delegation of officials from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, led by Mr. Huynh Quoc Viet, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh, the 10 heroic martyrs of the Hon Khoai Uprising, and other heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.

Attending the memorial service were the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Pham Van Thieu; the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Ho Thanh Thuy; former provincial leaders from various periods; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, along with representatives of leaders from provincial departments and agencies; communes and wards; armed forces, youth union members, and a large number of people from all walks of life.

A delegation of officials from the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee visited and offered incense at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh (Chau Thoi commune).

Accordingly, a delegation of officials from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visited and offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Temple (Chau Thoi commune) and at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area (An Xuyen ward).

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation laid a wreath bearing the inscription "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh," offered incense, and observed a moment of silence to express their profound gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh.

A delegation of officials from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visited and offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area (An Xuyen Ward).

Before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh, the leaders of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee pledged absolute loyalty to the Party, the Fatherland, and the People; to dedicate their hearts, minds, and energy, united in solidarity, to upholding the glorious revolutionary traditions of the Party Committee, the army, and the people of Ca Mau province; and to resolutely build a sustainably and comprehensively developed homeland, contributing to the realization of the nation's aspiration for prosperity and strength, worthy of the trust, love, and sacred teachings of beloved Uncle Ho.

A delegation of officials from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front offered incense at the Temple of the 10 heroic martyrs of the Hon Khoai Uprising (An Xuyen Ward).

Under the leadership of the Party, on December 13, 1940, the victory of the Hon Khoai Uprising, associated with the names of 10 heroic martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives, became a glorious milestone in the revolutionary struggle history of the Party Committee, army, and people of Ca Mau province.

The courageous revolutionary flame from the Hon Khoai Uprising lives on in the hearts of the people and the land of Ca Mau, igniting the indomitable will of the army and people of this southernmost region of the Fatherland, becoming an immortal source of spiritual motivation guiding successive generations on the journey of national liberation struggle, and together with the whole country, reaching the glorious pinnacle of independence and freedom today.

A delegation of officials from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visited the martyrs' cemetery in An Xuyen ward to pay respects to the heroic martyrs.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths bearing the inscription "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs" at the Temple of the 10 heroic martyrs of the Hon Khoai Uprising and the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.

In a solemn atmosphere, the leaders of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with delegates, observed a minute of silence to express their profound gratitude to the patriotic figures who bravely sacrificed themselves in the Hon Khoai uprising on December 13, 1940, and to the heroic martyrs who were outstanding sons and daughters of Ca Mau homeland, sacrificing for the independence and freedom of the nation, making immense contributions to the national liberation struggle.

Following the memorial service, the leaders of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with other delegates, offered incense at each grave of the heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.
