Thorough preparations are underway for the 'Thai Nguyen - Fragrance and Beauty of Famous Tea' Festival.

On the morning of December 13th, Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee for the "Thai Nguyen - Fragrance and Beauty of Famous Tea" Festival, chaired a meeting to review preparations and finalize the event's organizational details. Attending the meeting were members of the Organizing Committee and the event and artistic program consulting unit.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairperson of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired the meeting.

According to reports from the units at the meeting, up to this point, the assigned agencies and units have proactively implemented their tasks, focusing on developing the overall script, artistic program, festival space design, publicity work, ensuring security and order, traffic safety, environmental sanitation, and logistics for the Festival.

Representatives from various departments and agencies reported on the progress of their assigned tasks and also raised some difficulties encountered during implementation.

Based on that, the Organizing Committee discussed and agreed on solutions to ensure the progress and quality of the festival; especially emphasizing the requirement to clearly showcase the cultural value of Thai Nguyen tea, and promote the image of the land, people, and distinctive tea products of the locality.

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that relevant departments and agencies thoroughly review each item, proactively coordinate, and promptly report any arising issues.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee instructed the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the consulting unit to incorporate the feedback and finalize the script for the opening ceremony of the "Thai Nguyen - Fragrance and Beauty of Famous Tea" Festival; the festival space; and the detailed script for the artistic program, ensuring that the festival is organized solemnly, effectively, and leaves a positive impression.

The "Thai Nguyen - Fragrance and Beauty of Famous Tea" festival is expected to be an important cultural and tourism highlight, contributing to honoring the tea plant and tea products, while promoting the image of Thai Nguyen to a wide range of domestic and international tourists.
