Assessments at the Conference showed that in 2025, amidst many difficult and unprecedented tasks, the Justice sector completed a large volume of work, making important contributions to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and international integration.
The work of building and perfecting institutions continued to see many innovations and breakthroughs; most notably, advising the Politburo to issue Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW on reforming the work of lawmaking and implementation. Many important laws and resolutions were promulgated, promptly removing obstacles and creating a favorable environment for investment, production, and business.
The dissemination and education of law; civil enforcement; judicial administration; judicial support; legal aid; and international law continued to achieve many positive results. The acceleration of digital transformation, the development and operation of the National Law Portal, the nationwide electronic civil registry database, and the application of information technology and digital data have contributed to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management in the field of justice.
For Thai Nguyen province, in 2025, judicial work will continue to be implemented comprehensively and effectively. The provincial Department of Justice has proactively advised and coordinated the implementation of assigned tasks; notably, it advised the Provincial Party Standing Committee to issue the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW, contributing to the improvement of institutions and creating a legal foundation for development.

Significant results have been achieved in many areas of work, particularly in the drafting, appraisal, and review of legal documents; monitoring the implementation of laws; reforming the judicial administration; and providing legal assistance to citizens, especially vulnerable groups. The digitization of civil registration data reached 100%, with over 1.4 million data entries updated; the review and cleaning of population and marriage data was completed on schedule, contributing to improved service quality for citizens.
In his directive speech at the Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh commended the achievements of the entire Justice sector; and at the same time requested ministries, sectors, and localities to continue to consider institutional reform as the "breakthrough of breakthroughs," ensuring that the law leads the way and paves the way for development.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of law enforcement; strengthening comprehensive digital transformation; and promoting the application of artificial intelligence and big data in state management of law, contributing to building a modern judicial system that serves the people, businesses, and the sustainable development of the country.
