On the morning of December 13th, in My Hao ward, the Department of Internal Affairs organized a career guidance and labor supply-demand matching program for 2025.

Leaders of the Department of Internal Affairs presented flowers and commemorative flags to businesses and vocational training institutions participating in the program.
The program involved more than 40 businesses and vocational training institutions, with nearly 50 points providing vocational training enrollment advice, job recruitment, and job placement services, and reached nearly 3,000 workers, students, and trainees.

Job placement and recruitment agencies participate in the program.
Within the program, vocational training institutions promote and introduce their learning environment, training programs, and job opportunities; they distribute application forms and assist students and workers in registering for vocational training at various levels. Businesses organize recruitment for positions experiencing labor shortages.
In addition, the units organize activities such as signing agreements on training and supplying human resources, especially skilled labor, between vocational training institutions and businesses. Students and workers are given access to advice and information about industries and professions that are in demand, so they can be guided on the knowledge and skills they need to develop, and understand recruitment information to choose suitable jobs.

Distribute leaflets, connect with workers.
This is a practical activity aimed at supporting businesses, vocational training institutions, and young people, students, and workers who need vocational training, job searching, and recruitment, in order to meet the needs of each party.
