Donating social insurance books and health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances.

On the afternoon of December 11th, the Provincial Social Insurance (BHXH) agency organized a program to present social insurance books and health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances in 2025. Attending the event were Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives from the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, sponsors, and 22 recipients of the social insurance books and health insurance cards.

In response to the program to donate social insurance books and health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances, launched by Vietnam Social Insurance in 2021, Hung Yen province has received over 5.2 billion VND (corresponding to 1,025 social insurance books and 4,066 health insurance cards) donated by various units and businesses. Specifically in 2025, with the support of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and sponsors: Hung Yen Garment Corporation - Joint Stock Company; Vietcombank Pho Hien Branch; Agribank Hung Yen Branch; Vietinbank Hung Yen Branch; BIDV Hung Yen Branch; Alpha Animal Feed Joint Stock Company; PMJ GreenTech Joint Stock Company, the Provincial Social Insurance received 1.033 billion VND, corresponding to 98 social insurance books and over 984 health insurance cards to donate to people in difficult circumstances.

Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Nghiem and leaders of the Provincial Social Insurance Agency presented letters of thanks from the Provincial Social Insurance Agency to the sponsors.

Representatives from the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and the Provincial Social Insurance Agency presented health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances.

At the program, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented 10 social insurance books; representatives of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, along with leaders of the Provincial Social Insurance Agency, presented 12 health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances with the message "Giving social insurance books and health insurance cards - Bringing a warm Tet to the poor in the Spring of the Year of the Horse 2026".
