On December 8-9, the Provincial OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council organized a team to inspect the facilities with products participating in the evaluation and classification of OCOP products in 2025; evaluate and re-recognize OCOP products.

The delegation inspected 12 establishments with 21 products. The inspection contents included: Actual production activities; documents and product samples provided by the establishment owners. According to the assessment, the establishment owners have focused on investing in facilities, equipping machinery, applying technology to ensure product quality. Many products have taken advantage of local raw materials, stable production processes, guaranteed quality and improved designs in a more professional direction. Some products have a distinctive flavor, meeting market requirements, and are recognized by the Council as highly competitive when participating in the province's OCOP product system, with the potential to upgrade.

The members of the Inspection Team commented on the indicators and criteria of the industry and field in charge; noted the advantages and guided the facility owners on the contents that need to be improved and supplemented. The inspection results are the basis for evaluation and scoring to serve the work of classifying and re-classifying OCOP products in 2025.
In 2025, the whole province has 46 products from 35 establishments registered to participate in OCOP assessment and classification. Of which, 35 products participated in the first assessment; 10 products registered for re-assessment and recognition and 1 product registered for upgrading.
