Currently, the province is focusing on investing in the construction of many works and projects. Through surveys and understanding the situation, environmental sanitation work at many projects is not guaranteed; environmental sanitation measures are not fully implemented, material transport vehicles are not covered and cleaned before leaving the construction site and material mines, leading to dust and pollution, causing public outrage.

Faced with that situation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to study solutions to thoroughly handle the above situation. There is a document sent to investors requesting strict and full implementation of measures to ensure environmental sanitation in the organization of construction works according to design documents and including: Installing shielding systems, nets, corrugated iron walls around the construction area; arranging nozzles, misting systems to reduce dust during the construction process; mandatory arrangement of tire washing areas, cleaning vehicles before leaving the construction site, absolutely not allowing vehicles to bring mud and dirt onto the road; not gathering construction materials encroaching on sidewalks, roads, must be covered when transporting... At the same time, widely publicizing hotline phone numbers on platforms and social networks to receive feedback from people and society.
Establish inspection teams, conduct interdisciplinary inspections, strictly handle violations according to regulations (including inside and outside the construction site); request to temporarily stop construction if the violation continues.
The provincial police directed functional forces to strengthen inspection, control, and strictly handle violations of environmental work, vehicles transporting materials without tarpaulin covers, and dropping them on the road.
Provincial newspapers, radio and television stations should increase field visits and report violations with images so that authorities can strictly handle them according to regulations and consider opening a column on this issue to contribute to environmental protection.
