Cam Pha starts construction on 7 urban infrastructure upgrade projects with a total investment of 96 billion VND.

On the morning of December 10th, the People's Committee of Cam Pha Ward held a groundbreaking ceremony for 7 projects to renovate and upgrade urban infrastructure and residential areas in the ward. Comrade Duong Manh Cuong, Member of the Standing Committee and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, attended the ceremony.

Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for 7 urban infrastructure renovation and upgrading projects.

To concretize the spirit of the Resolution of the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress; the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee and Plan No. 272 ​​dated October 21, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on improving the quality of urban areas and residential areas, in 2025, Cam Pha ward started 7 projects with a total investment of over 96 billion VND.

Of which, 4 traffic infrastructure projects will renovate and asphalt the road surface on many streets in the areas: Diem Thuy - Cam Dong; Cam Trung 6A, 6B; Hoa Lac, Diem Thuy - Cam Binh; with a total length of nearly 6km.

Delegates witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the landscape and infrastructure project surrounding Cam Pha Stadium.

For the group of urban infrastructure upgrade projects, Cam Pha ward is implementing 3 projects. These include the Public Works, Playground, and Community Activity Area Project in the Southwest of 12/11 Square and the Landscape and Infrastructure Area Project surrounding Cam Pha Stadium. These large-scale projects are being invested in with a multi-functional, integrated approach, optimizing space in the area, including green areas, walking paths; specialized sports fields; fitness equipment areas; and parking lots. The remaining project involves investing in two playgrounds and community activity areas in Cam Trung 1A, 4B and Cam Thanh 2A, 2B.

To ensure that construction projects are completed on schedule, according to design, safely, and with quality, the People's Committee of Cam Pha Ward requests that all units immediately implement construction steps to ensure the disbursement of allocated funds in 2025; functional departments and community supervision committees should strengthen supervision and monitoring of project progress and quality. In the coming time, Cam Pha Ward will continue to prioritize resources to focus on urban beautification, improving the quality of life for its people, and striving to become a model ward of Quang Ninh province.
