Quang Ninh clearly identifies that quickly and decisively resolving "bottlenecks" in terms of land, procedures and technical infrastructure will not only help improve investment efficiency, but also contribute to strengthening the business community's confidence in an open, transparent and stable investment environment. Typically in the field of transport infrastructure, in the 2020-2025 term, the province has completed and put into operation over 825km of roads, including over 80km of expressways and many typical projects such as Love Bridge, Binh Minh Bridge, Trieu Bridge, Ben Rung Bridge, Ha Long - Cam Pha coastal road... These projects not only connect and link to the economic - cultural - tourism centers of the province, forming a comprehensive, seamless connection chain, shortening distances and time, expanding development space, but also opening up and promoting the potential of dynamic areas, creating a prosperous Quang Ninh, an important growth pole of the Northern region of Vietnam.

Quang Ninh has put into use the Geriatric - Rehabilitation Hospital, Lung Hospital, Provincial Center for Disease Control, and commune health stations; prioritizing resources to upgrade the facilities of standard schools and high-quality schools, the rate of solid classrooms has reached 95.8%, an increase of 5.8% compared to the beginning of the term.

The province is planning to start 8 key projects such as: Coastal road extending from Tran Quoc Nghien - Binh Minh bridge - Bang bridge; Northern coastal road of Cua Luc bay; Upgrading National Highway 4B... In the field of services and trade, the Van Don Economic Zone High-class Complex Service Area will be started; Ha An Ward Golf Course Project; Tuan Chau Public Park will be started. Along with that, in the fields of housing, health care, education and coal industry, Quang Ninh will start construction of the Marina mixed-use apartment building project in Bai Chay ward; Expansion and upgrade of Vietnam - Sweden Hospital; Investment in the Dong Vong mine underground mining project...
