The Center's inauguration ceremony was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, with the Central Inspection Commission (where the Center is located) connecting to provincial and city Party committees and Party committees directly under the Central Committee.

In implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; Decision 204 of the Party Central Committee on digital transformation in Party agencies; and the directive of General Secretary To Lam, which stated, “Continue to strongly innovate the content, methods, and approaches of inspection and supervision based on promoting digital transformation and applying information technology to all aspects of work. Focus on building and synchronously connecting data to achieve data-driven supervision and inspection in line with the requirements of national development in the current period”; the Central Inspection Committee has recently restructured, built models, and implemented many contents and tasks related to digital transformation according to the Plan of the Central Steering Committee, including the establishment of a digital inspection and supervision operation center for the entire Party inspection sector.
The digital monitoring and inspection operations center is located at the headquarters of the Central Inspection Commission, connecting to 34 provincial and city Party committees, Party committees directly under the Central Committee, and Party inspection committees at the commune level; it is also interconnected with the data center of the Central Party Office and the national Party data center. The operations center is also connected to other application systems and databases within ministries, agencies, localities, and external sources to collect and synthesize data for guidance and management purposes.

Based on the synthesis of information and data related to Party inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement, the Center provides a real-time overview and early warning of unusual signs, enabling inspection and supervision entities to take appropriate action and solutions. The Center operates using data according to the principles of "Accurate, Complete, Clean, Live, Unified, and Shared" to serve online supervision and management activities, and is data-driven for the Party Inspection Sector. With a modern, secure, and synchronized technical infrastructure that ensures continuous and stable operation, the Center guarantees comprehensive information security, allowing users to effectively utilize the system.
The commissioning of the Operations Center plays a crucial role in implementing the policy of promoting digital transformation and applying digital technology in the Party Inspection Sector; supporting the innovation of methods and approaches in organizing inspection and supervision work when shifting the focus to preventing and warning of violations, strengthening regular supervision and situational awareness; creating a centralized, synchronized, and modern operational space to serve data-driven supervision and inspection; providing early warning of risks, preventing violations, and contributing to improving the effectiveness of inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Speaking at the launch ceremony of the Operations Center, Comrade Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, and Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee on Science and Technology Development, Innovation, and Digital Transformation, affirmed that the construction and operation of the Operations Center for monitoring and inspection in a digital environment not only demonstrates a strategic vision but also a practical action to concretize the tasks assigned in Resolution 57 and Project 204 on digital transformation in Party agencies in the new period. Comrade Tran Sy Thanh urged all cadres and civil servants of the Party Inspection Sector from the central to local levels to continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, pioneering spirit, innovation, unity, and cooperation in building and operating the Center effectively, making it a shining example in the digital transformation process of Party agencies.
