Hanoi's churches are beautifully decorated, ready to be lit up to welcome Christmas.

In recent days, Hanoi's Grand Cathedral has been dazzling with colors, attracting tourists to come and enjoy the festivities and take photos for Christmas. Meanwhile, the churches of Cua Bac, Ham Long, and others are also in the process of completing their decorations and are about to be lit up.

The Cua Bac Church (Ba Dinh ward, Hanoi ) is being decorated and fitted with string lights in preparation for Christmas 2025.

Currently, the nativity scene decorations at Cua Bac Church are complete, only awaiting the finishing touches on the lighting system. For many years, this has always been one of the most anticipated destinations for Christmas.

At Ham Long Church, on the afternoon of December 9th, workers were also busy installing the lighting system in front of the entrance gate.

Mr. Vinh inspected the lighting inside the large Christmas tree erected in the church grounds. He said that the church decorations began a month ago, and only a few items remain, expected to be completed in the next few days.

Regularly, in the evenings of recent days, Ham Long Church has begun to light up. The dazzling Christmas lights always attract a large number of people to admire them.

Not only the church grounds, but also many large trees along this street are covered with sparkling strings of lights hanging down, creating a dazzling scene at night.

The first to complete its decorations was the Grand Cathedral (located on Church Street). The highlight here is the brightly colored nativity scene, fully completed outside, next to the impressive Christmas tree that is dozens of meters tall.

Not only is it an ancient church in Hanoi, but it's also a popular check-in spot for both domestic and international tourists. Daniel and his friends from Malaysia happily took photos with the large pine tree here.

"I could feel the joyful atmosphere of Hanoi leading up to Christmas, from the shops and restaurants to the entertainment venues. I was truly impressed," he said.

Notre Dame Cathedral shines brightly at the beginning of Christmas season, attracting visitors to check in. In the first days of December, Notre Dame Cathedral (Saigon ward) is illuminated with LED lights, attracting a large number of locals and tourists to check in and experience the early Christmas atmosphere in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.
