Acceptance at the grassroots level of the Project "Improving the quality of consulting work on drafting and promulgating documents on inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline"

On the afternoon of November 24, the Scientific Council of the Central Commission for Inspection held a grassroots acceptance conference on the project "Improving the quality of consulting work on drafting and promulgating documents on inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline" chaired by comrade Pham Thai Ha, Head of Department VIII of Localities. Comrade Le Nguyen Nam Ninh, member of the Central Commission for Inspection, Vice Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Central Commission for Inspection, was the Chairman of the Acceptance Council.

Attending the acceptance conference were comrades who are members of the Agency's Scientific Council; scientists; and comrades who are members of the Acceptance Council.

According to the report of the Project Management Board, the Project has synthesized, analyzed, and clarified a number of theoretical issues on the work of advising on the development and promulgation of documents on the work of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline; assessed the current status of the work of advising on the development and promulgation of documents on the work of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline; proposed a number of key solutions to improve the quality of the work of advising on the development and promulgation of documents on the work of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline.

The members of the Acceptance Council assessed the necessity, the results achieved and contributed to the completion of the Project. The comments stated that the Project is urgent, has theoretical and practical significance, has been carried out carefully and seriously, and does not overlap with published research works. The structure of the research outline is reasonable, clearly defines the objectives and tasks; at the same time, proposes and recommends solutions and measures to improve the quality of consulting work on drafting and promulgating documents on inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline . However, the Project Management Board needs to analyze and clarify some issues related to the main concepts; clarify the criteria for the quality of consulting; closely follow the practical situation of inspection and supervision work in the past; limit the scope of research to focus on the assigned objectives and tasks...

The Scientific Council of the Central Inspection Committee assessed that the Project met the requirements and requested the Project Management Board to fully absorb the comments at the Conference, complete the dossier and send it to the Scientific Council of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics for acceptance and official approval.
