Handover conference of the work of the Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, 13th term

Attending the Conference were comrades: Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; Tran Sy Thanh, Party Central Committee member, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission ; Pham Gia Tuc, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; Senior Lieutenant General To An Xo, Assistant to the General Secretary, in charge of the General Secretary's Office; comrades members of the Central Inspection Commission; comrades Assistants, Permanent Secretaries of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission; comrades heads of departments and units of the Central Inspection Commission.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu presented flowers to congratulate Hanoi Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Sy Thanh.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc stated that the content of the handover of work had been fully compiled and prepared and was carried out according to regulations immediately after the conference. Sincerely thanking the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Central Inspection Commission, he expressed that from the day he took up work at the Central Inspection Commission until being assigned a new task by the Politburo , a time that was not long but especially valuable, he and the collective of members of the Central Inspection Commission made every effort to complete the tasks according to the inspection work program of the term.

The results of the inspection work were carried out in successive stages, under the direct leadership of the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the General Secretary, basically meeting the tasks of each stage; upholding the principle that the Inspection sector is honest and objective; and were recognized by the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.

Comrade believes that the collective of the Central Inspection Commission, the Central Inspection Commission agency, headed by comrade Tran Sy Thanh, will continue to uphold the tradition of solidarity and unity, constantly innovate, improve the quality of inspection and supervision work, and build a team of inspection cadres "as clear as a mirror, as sharp as a sword" under the direction of General Secretary To Lam.

With sincere thanks to the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat for entrusting him with the important responsibility of being the Head of the 13th Central Inspection Commission, Comrade Tran Sy Thanh, Head of the Central Inspection Commission, affirmed that he will promote his own experience, together with the Standing Committee of the Central Inspection Commission, to maintain and promote the achievements of the Party inspection sector through the periods; strictly abide by the principles of democratic centralism, working regulations, solidarity, unity, leadership, direction, and comprehensive implementation of inspection, supervision, and Party discipline work according to the Party Charter; and successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.

In the immediate future, the Central Inspection Commission will focus on leading and directing the good implementation of tasks serving the 14th National Congress of the Party, determined to build an increasingly strong Inspection sector, worthy of being the place where the Party places its trust to protect discipline and the people place their expectations to protect fairness.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Standing member of the Secretariat, gave a speech directing the handover conference of the work of the Chairman of the 13th Central Inspection Commission.

Congratulating the two comrades on being assigned new responsibilities, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized that the handover of the duties of Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission is an important event to ensure the Party's inspection work and the activities of the Central Inspection Commission are continuous, inherited and effectively implemented.

Highly appreciating the work results of comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc during his tenure as Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, the Standing Secretariat affirmed that with great enthusiasm and responsibility, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc has made extremely important contributions to strongly innovating thinking and methods, with many initiatives creating outstanding marks in the inspection and supervision work of the Party. Those results continue to be the premise for comrade to promote the role of a leader in his new position, leading and directing the construction and development of the capital Hanoi to be civilized, happy and prosperous.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu stated that over the past years, the Inspection sector, the Inspection Commission, and the Central Inspection Commission, under the close leadership and direction of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the General Secretary, with their continuous efforts and struggles, the team of inspectors has overcome difficulties and challenges to complete all tasks, which has been recognized and highly appreciated by the Party; welcomed by cadres, party members, and the people; affirming the prestige of the Inspection sector, the Inspection Commission, and the Central Inspection Commission. That is the result of the efforts, intelligence, dedication, and devotion of the cadres of the Party Inspection sector.

Comrade Tran Cam Tu deeply believes that with his high responsibility and extensive experience, Comrade Tran Sy Thanh will immediately approach the work, together with the Central Inspection Committee and the team of officials doing inspection work, continue to promote good traditions, raise their will, strive to complete inspection tasks with higher results, and make more positive and important contributions to the work of building an increasingly clean and strong Party and political system.
