On November 8, the Agribank Dak Lak Branch Trade Union held the 11th Congress of Delegates of the Agribank Dak Lak Branch Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030.

The Agribank Trade Union of Dak Lak Branch currently has 431 union members, belonging to 17 affiliated unions. In the period of 2023 - 2025, most of the targets of the 7th Congress of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union were achieved and exceeded by the unit, with a completion rate of 100% or more. The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of employees is given special attention.

Delegates voted to elect the Executive Committee of the Agribank Trade Union, Dak Lak Branch, term 2025 - 2030.

During the period of 2023 - 2025, the entire grassroots Trade Union had 42 union members awarded the "For the cause of Vietnam Banking" medal; 8 union members received certificates of merit from the Vietnam Banking Trade Union; hundreds of individuals and collectives were commended and rewarded at all levels; 163 female union members were recognized with the title "Good at banking work, good at housework"...

Social security work is one of the important highlights of the Agribank Dak Lak Branch's Trade Union. From the trade union's social fund, the branch has spent more than 2.5 billion VND to support the poor, overcome the consequences of natural disasters, and repay gratitude. At the same time, it has coordinated with specialized departments to implement many social security programs with a total budget of more than 20 billion VND, strongly spreading the spirit of "Agribank - Compassion"...

Delegates voted to approve the resolution targets of the Congress of Delegates of the Agribank Trade Union, Dak Lak Branch, term 2025 - 2030

The Congress approved important tasks and targets for the 2025-2030 term. Specifically, continuing to represent, care for, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, civil servants, and laborers; strengthening inspection and supervision of the implementation of labor regimes, policies, and laws.

Trade union activities closely follow professional goals to organize practical related activities, contributing to the completion of professional tasks through emulation movements, motivating workers to work enthusiastically.

Continue to promote and play a leading role in investing in agriculture, farmers and rural areas, contributing to economic development and ensuring social security in the province. During the 2025-2030 term, admit 100% of qualified union members into the Union organization.

The Executive Committee of the Agribank Dak Lak Branch Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term was introduced to the congress.

Strive to annually rank the grassroots trade unions as strong; 75% of the affiliated trade unions complete their tasks well or better, no affiliated trade unions fail to complete their tasks; 100% of trade union officials are trained, fostered, and coached in theory and professional trade union work; annually, at least 70% of female workers and civil servants achieve the title of "Good at banking work, good at housework" at the grassroots level or higher, of which at least 5% achieve the title of superior trade unions. Annually, complete the target of introducing outstanding trade union members for the Party to train and admit according to the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels...

The Congress elected 07 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Agribank Trade Union, Dak Lak Branch for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Trinh Thi Bich Lan, Deputy Director of Agribank, Dak Lak Branch, continued to be elected as Chairwoman of the Trade Union. At the same time, the Congress elected 02 comrades to attend the Agribank Trade Union Congress, including 01 official delegate and 01 alternate delegate.
