This is a meeting with voters before the regular meeting at the end of 2025 of the Provincial People's Council and Ward People's Council.

Leaders of Lang Biang Ward - Da Lat and specialized departments and voters attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the delegation of the Provincial People's Council reported on the socio- economic development, national defense and security of the province in the first 10 months of 2025. The ward People's Council delegates also informed about the results of implementing the ward's development targets and proposed a number of key tasks and solutions in the coming time.

At the same time, the Ward People's Council Delegation also reported the results of handling voters' opinions and recommendations at the voter meeting after the 2nd Session of the Provincial People's Council and Ward People's Council; reported a summary of the results of the 3rd Session (special session) and the expected program and content of the 4th Session of the Ward People's Council, Term I (regular session at the end of 2025).

Voters of Lang Biang Ward expressed their agreement with the reports and highly appreciated the socio-economic development results of the province and the ward in the first 10 months of the year. In addition, voters also made many recommendations related to planning, granting of land use right certificates, the deterioration of some roads and bridges leading to the production area, the situation of insecurity and disorder due to coffee theft during the harvest season, and the policy of assigning forest management and protection.

Voters also requested that the authorities consider granting land use right certificates to households in the “black soil” area – where people have been producing since 1988; granting red books to plots of land that have been removed from the planning of 3 types of forests, helping people to easily borrow capital for economic development; and at the same time, reviewing planning projects, including the residential area project in Cao Ba Quat residential group.
