The conference was held directly at the Provincial People's Committee headquarters (base 1) and connected to the commune and ward bridges in the area. Attending were representatives of the Department of Justice, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial People's Council's Legal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Council for Coordinating the Dissemination and Education of Law; representatives of departments, branches, organizations, educational institutions, and awarded collectives and individuals.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai emphasized that the Provincial People's Committee has issued a Plan to respond to Vietnam Law Day 2025 with the theme: "Building a culture of law compliance in the whole society; raising awareness of respect for the Constitution and law of all people and organizations". This is an important political and legal activity, implemented by all levels and sectors in the province in many diverse and practical forms.

In the context that the province is implementing the organizational arrangement and implementing the two-level local government model, Dak Lak continues to determine the goal of improving people's lives associated with building a culture of respect for the law, especially among cadres and party members; maintaining security and order, creating a foundation for sustainable development.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units and localities to organize the annual Law Day in a practical and effective manner, absolutely avoiding formalities, coping or focusing only on "even and odd years". The response needs to become a regular task associated with the leadership, direction and expertise of each unit; promoting the role and mastery of the people.

Along with that, focus on inspection and examination work; commend and promote examples of "good people, good deeds", typical examples in law enforcement; strictly handle harassment and negative behaviors.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 10 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 80-KL/TW of the Secretariat.
