According to a report by Thanh Cong Group, the Thanh Cong Viet Hung automobile manufacturing plant is built on an area of over 36 hectares, with a total designed capacity of 120,000 vehicles per year. The plant is equipped with a modern, highly automated production line, meeting European technical and environmental standards.

The working group also included representatives from departments, divisions, and units under the Ministries of Industry and Trade of both countries.
Initially, the factory focused on assembling Skoda Kushaq and Slavia models as CKD (completed in Vietnam from imported components).
