Many exciting activities at the Special Film Program "Cartoon Films for Children" in November 2025

In order to bring children a healthy entertainment space, contributing to nurturing their souls and orienting their aesthetics through the art of cinema, the specialized Cinema program "Animation Films for Children" - November 2025 will be held at 9:30 a.m., November 9, 2025 at the S.Hub Kids space, Ho Chi Minh City General Science Library.

Special Film Program "Cartoon Films for Children" November 2025

The program is organized by the Vietnam Film Institute in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City General Science Library - Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports, aiming to exploit and promote the cultural value of Vietnamese animated films archived at the Vietnam Film Institute. Thereby, the activity not only creates a useful playground, but also contributes to the orientation of aesthetic education , helping children practice the skills of appreciating cinematic works, nurturing a love for this unique art form.

According to the Organizing Committee, the program's content includes many rich activities such as: community games, introduction and screening of the animated film "Jungle Monster", and exchange and sharing of feelings after watching the film. The program's guest moderator is Master Nguyen Thi Nhu Trang - who has a lot of experience in the field of children's cinema and art education.

The program will take place at S.Hub Kids space, Ho Chi Minh City General Science Library

The film "Jungle Monster", produced by Vietnam Animation Studio in 2016, is a work rich in humanity and carries a profound message of environmental protection. Through the perspective of animals, the film tells the story of the struggle against the "monster" - a giant logging machine that destroys the habitat. When the forest is destroyed, a flash flood disaster strikes, sweeping everything away - as a warning about the serious consequences of destroying nature.

After the film screening, children will participate in the interactive activity "This Earth is Ours", share their feelings and thoughts about the film and receive meaningful souvenirs from the Organizing Committee.

The program "Cartoon Films for Children" is not only an opportunity for children in Ho Chi Minh City to access Vietnamese animated works with humanistic values, but also an opportunity to connect, learn and nurture a love of cinema - an important part in shaping the personality and nurturing the souls of the young generation./.
