1. Nutrition formula decoding expert
Within the framework of the program “Living Green – Living Healthy with Students”, students at 2 universities had the opportunity to listen to Associate Professor, Dr. Le Bach Mai, former Deputy Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, share in depth about how to build a scientific nutritional regimen for young people.
Dr. Mai emphasized that, for students, this is the time when the body needs a lot of energy for studying, moving and developing. Therefore, eating properly, with enough nutrients and regularly is very important. According to her, skipping breakfast, eating irregularly or eating the wrong food groups can lead to fatigue, fat accumulation in the waist area and even increase the risk of metabolic diseases.

Associate Professor, Dr. Le Bach Mai, former Deputy Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, shares knowledge about nutrition with students.
Accordingly, a reasonable diet should have 4 food groups (carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins - minerals), divided into 5 meals per day and maintain a suitable physical exercise regimen.
Notably, the expert also emphasized that instant noodles, if used properly and combined with other foods, can completely become part of a scientific diet. It is important that students know how to diversify their meals, avoid abusing convenient foods and maintain daily physical activity to ensure long-term health.
