On the afternoon of November 7, comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, had a working session with the Standing Party Committees of Lam Binh, Binh An and Minh Quang communes on the implementation of political tasks after the arrangement of administrative units according to the two-level local government model.

Overview of the working session.

At the working session, leaders of the communes reported on the results of implementing tasks after the administrative unit reorganization, focusing on the leadership and direction of the new commune Party Committee and government; activities of the Public Administration Service Center; the use of facilities and equipment; the arrangement of staff and civil servants; the progress of disbursement of public investment capital; the results of implementing the National Target Programs; the socio -economic development situation, and ensuring national defense and security in the locality.

Minh Quang Commune Party Committee Secretary reported on leadership, management, and organization of political task implementation.

The Chairman of Lam Binh Commune People's Committee reported to clarify the causes and proposed solutions to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital.

The communes also pointed out the advantages, difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing tasks; recommended and proposed that the province pay attention to supplementing resources for infrastructure investment, supporting the recruitment and arrangement of the missing team of specialized civil servants, in order to ensure the effective operation of the grassroots government apparatus...

Speaking at the working session, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Nguyen Hung Vuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership, direction and management of the Party Committees and authorities of the communes after the administrative unit rearrangement; commended the efforts of the localities in maintaining the operation of the Public Administration Service Center, basically meeting the needs of the people.

Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Nguyen Hung Vuong delivered a concluding speech at the working session.

He requested that communes focus on and resolutely implement the main targets, tasks and solutions of the 2025 socio-economic development plan; speed up the progress of construction and disbursement of public investment capital and national target programs; carefully prepare for the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring compliance with regulations, democracy, safety and efficiency.

Communes need to continue to review, issue and perfect the system of leadership and direction documents, ensure proper implementation of legal regulations and proactively grasp the local situation, focus on receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations according to their authority. Communes need to continue to consolidate and improve the quality and efficiency of the local government apparatus, pay attention to personnel work, effectively exploit facilities; do a good job of handling administrative procedures for people and businesses. At the same time, organize well the National Great Unity Day in residential areas, ensuring practicality, safety, economy, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people.

Regarding the recommendations and proposals of the communes, the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee basically agrees and will synthesize and report to the province to direct relevant specialized agencies, departments and branches to promptly issue specific guidance documents, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, and create conditions for the communes to successfully complete their tasks.
