Ninh Binh: Tam Diep Ward organizes a conference to gather feedback on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

On the morning of October 30th, the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Tam Diep Ward, Ninh Binh Province, held a meeting to gather feedback from key officials, Executive Committee members, Party branch secretaries, heads of the Fatherland Front Committee, and neighborhood group leaders on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party. At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Thi My, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the People's Council of the ward, explained the purpose, significance, and viewpoints of the Party regarding the campaign to gather and synthesize feedback from cadres, Party members, and the people on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress. Accordingly, the content for consultation and discussion should focus on major and important issues as presented in the Draft Political Report to the 14th National Congress of the Party; the Draft Report summarizing some theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented reform process in Vietnam over the past 40 years; the Draft Report evaluating the 5-year implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development for the 5 years 2026-2030; and the Draft Report summarizing Party building work and the implementation of the Party Charter to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

At the conference, there were 15 direct comments and 37 written comments, mainly focusing on the Draft Political Report.

The majority of delegates assessed the draft document submitted to the 14th National Party Congress as being seriously and meticulously prepared, containing many new, scientific , and comprehensive points. Concluding the conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee requested that Party Committees, Party Branches, the Fatherland Front, and political-social organizations, agencies, and units continue to focus on disseminating information and gathering opinions from cadres, Party members, and the people, considering this a broad political activity throughout the entire Party organization, and a practical action contributing to the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Previously, the Ward Party Committee directed the creation of a dedicated webpage to disseminate the draft documents to be presented at the 14th Party Congress and to solicit public feedback on the ward's electronic information portal; the Ward's Cultural, Information and Broadcasting Center created a section and broadcast the draft documents through the ward's public address system; neighborhood groups broadcast the draft documents through their public address systems; during meetings, focusing on disseminating information and gathering feedback from Party members in the November branch meetings; and through Zalo, Mocha, Facebook, and Fanpage groups of the 35th Party Committee...

To date, Tam Diep ward has received over 200 comments and suggestions from 32 meetings held to gather opinions from agencies, the Fatherland Front Committee, residential groups, mass organizations, and other media channels.
