Under the newly signed agreement, SATS will prioritize Vietnam Airlines in providing ground services and cargo at airports within its network, while also supporting it with equipment, personnel, and operational solutions to ensure high-quality standards.
On the part of Vietnam Airlines, the airline prioritizes the use of SATS's services and its affiliated companies when implementing operational packages in suitable markets, based on the principles of ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with legal regulations. Both sides agreed to continue discussions to implement future cooperation projects, including a plan to develop a new cargo terminal in Vietnam.

Standardizing service standards according to international practices, along with technical support from SATS, will help Vietnam Airlines continue to enhance customer experience and increase competitiveness in international markets. At the same time, the agreement also creates opportunities for both parties to research and apply new technological solutions, improve operational efficiency, and work towards sustainable development in the coming period.
