Tuyen Quang: Simultaneous groundbreaking ceremonies for key projects to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

These are important projects that will create momentum to promote the development of urban infrastructure, trade and services, culture and tourism , contributing to the realization of the province's goal of rapid and sustainable development in the 2025-2030 period.

Construction begins on the Resort Urban Area and Sports Complex - Golf Course.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the My Lam - Tuyen Quang Resort Urban Area Project and the My Lam - Tuyen Quang Sports Complex & Golf Course Project is part of a series of groundbreaking, commencement, and inauguration events for important projects in the province to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Also present were: Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Thi Minh Xuan; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department Tran Quang Minh; Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Ha Trung Kien, along with leaders of various departments and agencies; and leaders of My Lam ward.

Representing Vingroup Corporation was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, Pham Thieu Hoa.

Located in My Lam ward, Tuyen Quang province, the project covers nearly 650 hectares, including a 540-hectare residential and resort urban area and a 109-hectare sports complex and golf course. It is being implemented to sustainably exploit the natural hot mineral water resources and the potential for tourism and service development in My Lam ward, which boasts a convenient location connecting to important regional transportation routes such as National Highway 2, National Highway 37, the Hanoi-Tuyen Quang Expressway, and the Tuyen Quang-Ha Giang Expressway.

The My Lam resort urban area features villas with hot mineral water supplied to each unit, organized in a harmonious manner with the natural landscape, flexibly connected through a system of water features, ecological parks, open squares, and a chain of entertainment and recreational facilities; an Onsen hotel, Vin Wonders amusement park, and the J-Town commercial axis in the style of a Japanese ancient town, Vin New Horizon Elderly Care Center; Vinmec Geriatric Hospital... Adjacent to the urban area is the My Lam Sports Complex and Golf Course, boasting an 18-hole international standard golf course designed in harmony with the hilly terrain and natural water features, creating ideal conditions for developing a resort urban model combined with comprehensive healthcare.

Speaking at the ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Leng emphasized: The simultaneous commencement of two major projects in My Lam demonstrates a strategic vision in developing high-quality urban, tourism, and service spaces, in line with the province's development orientation, creating a ripple effect for the socio-economic development of the locality.

This is a large-scale project, approved by the Prime Minister, and Vingroup has been approved as the investor to implement these important projects; aiming to build a model ecological urban area combining resorts and services, developing in a modern and integrated manner, effectively exploiting the advantages of the landscape and natural green ecosystem, creating a breakthrough in economic and social development in the area.

The Provincial Party Secretary commended the efforts of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, agencies, Party committees, government authorities, and people of My Lam ward for coordinating, facilitating, and assisting the investor in completing legal procedures and necessary conditions for the project's smooth commencement, affirming the aspiration for development, the spirit of innovation, and the determination to act of the entire Party committee and people of all ethnic groups in the province in the new period.

In addition, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Leng requested that Vingroup Corporation focus its resources on implementing the project, ensuring quality and progress as committed, and strictly adhering to legal regulations. The projects should be implemented with high standards of architecture, engineering, and aesthetics, in accordance with the local natural conditions, landscape, and cultural space.

The design harmoniously combines modernity with regional identity, effectively utilizing topographical and ecological landscape elements, possessing high distinctiveness, sustainable aesthetics, and creating unique highlights, especially the characteristic values of the My Lam area, contributing to the formation of a modern resort town with a distinct identity for Tuyen Quang.

The Provincial People's Committee, departments, agencies, and localities will continue to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for investors to accelerate the construction progress; regularly monitor, inspect, and promptly support investors in resolving any difficulties arising during the project implementation.

"The commencement and implementation of the project are expected to bring practical benefits to the people, the state, and investors, contributing positively to urban development, creating more jobs and income for local workers. At the same time, it demonstrates Tuyen Quang province's determination in its efforts to reform administrative procedures, improve the investment and business environment, attract investment, and develop economic sectors, especially the private sector, in accordance with Resolution 68 of the Politburo," emphasized Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh.

Groundbreaking Ceremony for An Tuong Riverside Urban Area Project

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony for the An Tuong Riverside Urban Area Project were: Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Manh Loi, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Hau Minh Loi, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Hoang Gia Long, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Nong Thi Bich Hue, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee.

An Tuong Riverside urban area, invested by VIDEC Group Joint Stock Company, covers a total area of 21.5 hectares. The construction plan includes townhouses, semi-detached villas, social housing, a commercial center, schools, and accompanying social amenities and services such as: a square, riverside park, commercial and service area, school, meditation garden, children's playground, outdoor sports facilities, etc. This is one of the key projects in the province, part of a series of activities celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party, contributing to the acceleration of infrastructure and urban development in the 2025-2030 period.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long delivered a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long emphasized: The implementation of the project clearly demonstrates the province's orientation in urban development, efficient land use, and linking economic development with improving people's lives.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long requested the investor to focus resources, organize construction scientifically, and strictly comply with legal regulations to ensure the project is implemented on schedule, with quality and efficiency. He also called on relevant departments, agencies, and An Tuong ward to coordinate, support, and assist the investor, promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles to effectively implement the project.

The An Tuong Riverside urban area project is expected to become a model urban area, a new symbol of riverside living, creating a civilized, modern, and distinctive residential community.

Construction begins on the August Theater and cultural services project.

Also on the morning of December 17th, at Group 7, Minh Xuan Ward, the joint venture of Thanh Giang Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. and Thinh Hung Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction project of the August Theater and cultural services.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were: Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Nguyen Hung Vuong; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department Phung Tien Quan; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee Nong Thi Bich Hue; Director of the Provincial Police, Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, along with leaders of departments, agencies and some communes and wards; representatives of businesses and people in the area.

The project comprises 5 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor, with a total floor area of over 10,000m² and a total investment of 218 billion VND, jointly developed by Thanh Giang Construction and Trading Co., Ltd. and Thinh Hung Co., Ltd.

The building is designed to be multifunctional, modern, and integrated, ensuring technical, aesthetic, and functional standards to meet the requirements for organizing cultural, artistic, film, and major event activities, as well as accompanying cultural services.

The project is expected to become a modern cultural institution, meeting the increasingly high demands for cultural, entertainment, and artistic activities of people inside and outside the province, while also creating an architectural and cultural highlight for the city. Upon completion and operation, the building will become a public cultural space, a typical cultural and artistic hub of the province; a venue for political, cultural, artistic, and film events, and domestic and international exchanges; contributing to improving the spiritual life of the people; and creating an attractive destination for tourists, making a positive contribution to the development of tourism, services, and trade in the locality.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province, Phan Huy Ngoc, requested that the provincial departments, agencies, and local authorities continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, with the spirit of "the investor's business is our business," proactively coordinate, and promptly guide and resolve difficulties and obstacles so that the project is implemented on schedule, ensuring quality and compliance with the law.

Investors focus their resources on finance, human resources, and equipment; organize construction scientifically, safely, and efficiently; strictly comply with legal regulations on investment, construction, land, environment, and fire prevention and control; and especially prioritize labor safety, construction quality, architectural aesthetics, and functionality to ensure the project's long-term effectiveness after completion.
