Agribank and National Economics University signed a cooperation agreement to develop high-quality human resources.

On the afternoon of November 6, 2025, at the Headquarters, Agribank and the National Economics University (NEU) held a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement to strengthen the relationship that has been built for more than 20 years, aiming at the goal of developing high-quality human resources, contributing to improving the operational efficiency and reputation of both sides in the new period, making a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of the National Economics University, there were Associate Professor Dr. Bui Duc Tho - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Council; Associate Professor Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong - Director; Professor Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu - Deputy Director; Professor Dr. Tran Tho Dat - Chairman of the Science & Training Council; Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Chairman of the Advisory Council; and representatives of the leaders of the Departments, Institutes, Centers, and Schools of the National Economics University.

On Agribank 's side, there were Mr. To Huy Vu - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Pham Toan Vuong - Deputy Party Secretary, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director; Mr. Le Xuan Trung - Member of the Board of Directors; Deputy General Directors, Chief Accountant, Director of the Staff Training School; leaders of the Headquarters Departments/Centers; leaders of ABIC and Agribank Hoang Mai Branch.

Currently, in the context of the banking industry strongly transforming towards digitalization and international integration, promoting comprehensive cooperation between Agribank and the National Economics University is an inevitable requirement, bringing mutual benefits and creating a foundation for a comprehensive and sustainable cooperative relationship, contributing to improving the operational efficiency and reputation of both sides in the new period. The cooperation will help Agribank closely connect training, research and banking practice; create conditions for access to high-quality human resources, while enhancing brand image in the academic and student community.
