According to a quick report from Xuan Phuoc commune, storm No. 13 caused heavy damage in the area. 71 houses had their roofs blown off, more than 2,180 houses were flooded; many public works such as schools, medical stations, and cultural houses were damaged. Xuan Quang 3 Medical Station alone was 50% damaged.

Regarding production infrastructure, a series of intra-field canals were eroded and filled with over 410 m³, many damaged canals were over 620 m long. The traffic system was seriously affected: 6.3 km of road was eroded, slope collapsed, and nearly 4,300 m³ of soil was filled; many trees fell, causing traffic jams.
The 22 kV medium voltage and 0.4 kV low voltage power grids were broken for about 7 km. In addition, 189 water wells were polluted, of which 160 were flooded, affecting people's lives.

Faced with this situation, the locality mobilized militia, police, organizations and people to urgently clear fallen trees, clear the flow, and temporarily fix landslides to ensure smooth traffic. At the same time, environmental sanitation work was carried out after the storm.

Localities need to continue to review and fully count the damage, mobilize resources to promptly support affected people; at the same time, focus on ensuring the safety of irrigation systems, traffic and environmental sanitation, and prevent epidemics from breaking out after the storm.
