From dawn, the information rescue teams were divided into groups according to key areas, especially the eastern part of Dak Lak province - which was heavily affected by power outages and fallen trees, disrupting a number of transmission lines and BTS stations. The unit's engineers have measured and tested the cable lines, fixed the breaks, and deployed backup generators to maintain signals for the power-lost stations. Thanks to that, the information circuit has gradually been cleared, helping to restore communication to serve the people and rescue work, overcoming the consequences of the storm.

In parallel with the network recovery work, VNPT Dak Lak has proactively arranged free battery charging points at transaction points in the area to support people to maintain communication when there is a prolonged power outage due to the impact of the storm. This is one of the activities demonstrating the role of telecommunications enterprises in supporting the community, helping people maintain connections to update information, contact relatives and handle emergency situations.

Mr. Truong Van Lam, Deputy Director of VNPT Dak Lak, said that with the highest sense of responsibility, the entire workforce and staff of the unit are still on duty 24/7 at the scene to continue reviewing, optimizing and ensuring the stable operation of telecommunications infrastructure. VNPT Dak Lak is committed to accompanying the government and people in all situations, keeping information always clear - in line with the mission of the telecommunications industry in disaster prevention.

Every year, VNPT Dak Lak has proactively developed detailed prevention plans for each locality, while investing in improving the "resilience" of telecommunications infrastructure. Along with that, the unit promotes the application of digital transformation in the management, monitoring and operation of telecommunications networks such as: applying early warning technology, remote monitoring, smart sensors and GPS positioning to help detect incidents early, shorten processing time and minimize damage.

Up to now, BTS stations have been put back into operation, telecommunications have been operating basically stably, not only restoring data transmission lines, but also strengthening people's trust and peace of mind.
