Storm No. 13 caused estimated damage of more than 2 billion VND. Of which, 2 households had their roofs blown off; Hoa Thuy Tien Kindergarten had 2 school gates damaged at the main school in Dliê Ya A hamlet and the branch in Ea Bi hamlet.

Agricultural damage is about 7 hectares of crops. Currently, durian in the commune is in the main harvest season with an area of 4,586 hectares, yielding about 42,448 tons (estimated unharvested rate is about 40%).
Storm No. 13, accompanied by wind and rain, caused 105 durian trees to fall, more than 30 tons of fruit, estimated at 1.5 billion VND; 2,000 coffee trees ready for harvest were tilted and fell.
Heavy rains also washed away a bridge over a small stream connecting Ea Le village (Dliê Ya commune) and Tam Thuan village (Tam Giang commune). The bridge serves 17 households, with 76 people, including 29 students going to school every day. The damage is estimated at 500 million VND to restore the bridge.

Some traffic works and irrigation systems were damaged, with estimated damage of about 14.6 billion VND, such as: traffic roads in Tam Da village; culvert No. 1, Tam Khanh village; spillway No. 135, Tam Khanh village; iron bridge in Tam Thuan village; fence of Tam Trung Primary School; Ea Til canal; Ea Dah 2 dam; drainage ditch in Giang Hoa village.

Regarding agriculture: some perennial crop areas such as durian, macadamia and other fruit trees were knocked down; many coffee and flower areas were flooded, fruit fell off, and productivity decreased.
About vehicles: 1 car was swept away by flood water (damage of nearly 200 million VND).
On the night of November 6, the People's Committee of the commune mobilized regular forces in vulnerable areas, organized support for people to overcome damage, evacuated households at risk of roof damage and flooding to safe places, ensuring absolute safety for people and property.
On November 7, the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of the commune also inspected and directed the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters in villages and hamlets; visited, encouraged and guided forces and organizations to coordinate to support people to soon stabilize their lives.
The Commune People's Committee promptly provided partial financial support to households whose corrugated iron roofs were blown off, helping people repair their houses and stabilize their housing and living conditions after the storm.

Currently, the work to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 13 is being urgently and resolutely implemented by the locality, aiming to soon support people to stabilize their lives and restore production and daily activities.
However, local resources and funding are limited. The Commune People's Committee requests the Provincial People's Committee to pay attention and consider providing financial support so that the locality can promptly overcome the damage, especially the funding for repairing and restoring essential traffic works and infrastructure, contributing to ensuring traffic safety, stabilizing production and people's lives after the storm.
