Specifically, in Ea Knop commune, 6 households had their roofs blown off, 4 households had their livestock barn roofs blown off. The whole commune had 147 hectares of crops damaged, of which 974 longan and lychee trees, 785 macadamia trees, 1,400 coffee and pepper trees and 4,000 square meters of passion fruit fell.

The People's Committee of the commune directed the commune police force and the commune military command to quickly handle the situation to ensure smooth traffic on National Highway 26 and key routes.
To quickly overcome the impact of storm No. 13, the Commune People's Committee has directed specialized departments, offices, village and hamlet chiefs to quickly inspect the areas affected by storms, heavy rains, floods and landslides to take remedial measures; continue to count the damage to houses, electric poles, public works, trees, signs and key infrastructure to have accurate reporting data.

At the same time, direct the Economic Department to coordinate with the Ea Kar Regional Electricity Branch to restore the power grid and handle power outages in the area; direct the commune police force and the commune military command to coordinate with the village and hamlet chiefs to organize the removal of fallen trees, signs, and obstacles on the roads, ensuring smooth traffic; guide and support affected households to repair their houses, distribute food, drinking water, medicine and essential items to ensure people's lives, safety of life and property; guide people to clean the environment and prevent epidemics after the storm to limit risks to public health. The People's Committee of Ea Knop commune also directed the commune police to maintain patrols, control security, and ensure order in affected areas.

It is known that on the night of November 6, the leaders of Ea Knop commune and the functional forces directly worked and propagandized, mobilizing 4 households with 17 people in village 6B who were raising fish in cages on Ea Knop lake to go ashore to avoid the storm; supported the evacuation of 3 households with 15 people of Ea Brah hamlet to the old village 6 meeting hall to ensure the safety of life and property in the face of complicated developments of storms and floods.
