Quickly overcome the damage caused by storm No. 13 and stabilize people's lives.

Accordingly, provincial leaders highly appreciated the proactiveness and coordination of departments, branches, sectors and localities in storm prevention work, and the determination of the entire political system; however, the damage was still very large.

In order to overcome the damage as soon as possible and stabilize people's lives, Dak Lak province requests the People's Committees of communes and wards; civil defense agencies of communes and wards to urgently organize inspections, reviews, and assessments of the damage situation; especially emergency care, support for injured people and families with people who died due to the storm; synthesize reports for the Provincial People's Committee.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units and localities to urgently synthesize the damage situation, assess and propose funding, including support for families whose houses have collapsed, had their roofs blown off, or were damaged to stabilize soon, and send it to the Department of Finance for consultation with the Provincial People's Committee.

For aquaculture cages in coastal localities, it is necessary to specifically assess the damage situation. At the same time, there must be solutions from the beginning to be included in the planning according to the province's aquaculture project; the situation of spontaneous farming, not following the planning, must be strictly prohibited; comprehensive assessment, draft documents of the Provincial People's Committee to propose to the central ministries and branches to support the province to quickly overcome the damage caused by storm No. 13.

The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant sectors, units and localities to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to provide financial support for localities to overcome damage caused by storms and floods.

The Department of Industry and Trade urgently coordinated with relevant units to inspect the dam project of La Hieng 2 Factory in Phu Mo commune regarding the situation of water regulation downstream; causing flooding in downstream areas; and reported to the Provincial People's Committee.

The Department of Education and Training reviews and assesses the damage to facilities and schools to send to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for synthesis. At the same time, proactively assesses the situation to organize teaching and learning to ensure safety and suitability.

The Provincial Police and the Provincial Military Command proactively coordinated with relevant units and localities to support overcoming damage after the storm.

In addition, departments, branches, and localities, according to their functions and tasks, proactively take measures to stabilize people's lives. At the same time, seriously report the implementation status to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for timely synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
