The Prime Minister directed the Chairmen of the People's Committees of Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Quang Ngai provinces to: Organize visits, encourage, and implement policies to support families affected by storms and floods; support people to return home if safety is guaranteed; Mobilize forces to support people to repair houses with blown-off roofs or damaged by storms; arrange temporary shelters, support food, drinking water, and necessities for households that lost their homes, absolutely not letting any people go hungry, cold, thirsty, homeless, or lacking clothes; Before November 10, complete the repair of educational and medical facilities damaged by storms and floods...
