
The province aims to increase the value of agriculture, forestry and fishery by 3-4% per year, ensuring food security with a stable rice output of 300,000-350,000 tons per year, and developing drought- and salt-tolerant crop varieties.
Key products such as Ly Son garlic, Tra Bong cinnamon, Ngoc Linh ginseng, coffee, pepper, rubber and seafood are given priority for investment in deep processing, boosting exports with the goal of accounting for 50% of the value.
The agricultural sector will be restructured according to the combined Agriculture - Forestry - Fishery model, in which high-tech agriculture accounts for 30% of production value, mechanization reaches 70 - 80%, and digital transformation becomes the mainstay in production, management and consumption.
