With the aim of being not just an information page but also a workspace, a digital search and experience space for law, the official version of the National Law Portal is directed by the Ministry of Justice in collaboration with FPT Group with six key breakthroughs: (1) The Portal interface is designed to be modern, optimized for multiple platforms, and continuously updated with important political events of the country and policy highlights; (2) Integration with VNeID, allowing users to log in with electronic identification and monitor legal content on the digital citizen application; (3) An open data repository connected with many ministries, sectors, and localities, supporting analysis, comparison, and monitoring of the validity of documents; (4) A separate English page is developed, targeting investors and the international community, with official news sources from the Vietnam News Agency; (5) Connection with social networks to spread accurate legal information to a wider community; (6) Applying artificial intelligence in operation, AI legal assistants analyze, summarize and support users to access legal information effectively.

The National Law Portal is integrated into VNeID.
New features such as satisfaction ratings, text processing tools, automatic extraction and summarization, and an electronic judicial professional handbook have also been added to support professionals and enhance the user experience.
With its outstanding features, the official version of the National Legal Portal is a unified national legal platform, providing a system of official legal documents, interpretations, and real-time search support. In the context of focused digital transformation and the increasing need for policy transparency, and in the spirit of realizing the goals of Resolution 57-NQ/TW and Resolution 66-NQ/TW of the Politburo, the platform plays a crucial role in helping citizens easily access legal information, proactively learn about and update new policies, and create conditions for businesses to promptly grasp regulations governing their production and business activities. For state agencies and officials, the Portal contributes to improving the effectiveness of law enforcement, supporting management work, and training in judicial expertise, thereby enhancing the quality of public administrative services and promoting the building of a socialist rule of law state in the digital age.

The National Law Portal was introduced at the event.
A representative from FPT Group affirmed that when laws are more easily, transparently, and conveniently accessible, it is not only a technological achievement but also a step forward in strengthening and improving law enforcement capacity in daily life.
The official launch of the National Legal Portal affirms the determination of the Ministry of Justice in particular and the Government in general to reform institutions, serve the people and businesses, and build a foundation for modern, transparent, and internationally integrated governance.
Previously, on May 31, 2025, a pilot version of the Portal was launched, creating an open legal platform with a "user-centric" approach. After only 5 months of trial operation, the system recorded over 1 million visits, 200,000 questions answered by AI-powered legal systems, and thousands of comments from ministries, agencies, and localities. Notably, during the period when localities implemented the two-tiered government model, the National Legal Portal provided timely support for decentralization and delegation of power according to the new organizational structure, ensuring the rights of citizens in key areas such as nationality and civil registration, contributing to strengthening confidence in a transparent and modern legal system.
In 2025, the system will continue to connect to the National Legal Database, expand the contextual AI application capabilities, including tools to support searching over 1.4 million case precedents, and develop a set of tools for analyzing policy impacts, serving the planning and evaluation of documents by the Government and relevant agencies.

The National Law Portal is integrated with VNeID, allowing users to log in with their electronic identity and access legal content on the digital citizen application or access the portal from the VNeID application.

The official version of the National Law Portal has many groundbreaking technological features.
The National Legal Portal is not just a technological platform, but also a bridge connecting citizens and businesses to the legal system in a more convenient, transparent, and accessible way, thereby fostering trust and strengthening law enforcement capacity in society. FPT is committed to accompanying the Government, ministries, and localities in the national digital transformation journey, closely following Resolution 57-NQ/TW, aiming for a transparent, modern, and people-centered legal ecosystem, and helping Vietnam thrive in the digital age.
