VNPT Group and Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee signed a Cooperation Agreement on Digital Transformation for the period 2025-2030

On November 6, 2025, in Tuyen Quang, VNPT Group and Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee officially signed a cooperation agreement on digital transformation for the period 2025 - 2030. According to the cooperation agreement, VNPT will accompany Tuyen Quang in the fields of digital infrastructure development, digital government, digital economy, digital society, as well as consulting, building and providing modern, safe technology solutions suitable to local characteristics.

After 3 years (from 2023-2025) of implementing the cooperation program between Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee and VNPT Group, with the efforts from both sides, a huge amount of work has been deployed, contributing practically to the digital transformation process in all aspects of activities in the province, thereby gradually building Tuyen Quang as a leading model in building and deploying digital infrastructure - digital economy - digital society.

Over the past 3 years, as a strategic partner in IT-VT and digital transformation, VNPT Group has focused on investing in technology, finance and human resources to develop IT-VT infrastructure as well as digital transformation projects for Tuyen Quang and has achieved many encouraging results.

Regarding infrastructure , VNPT has built more than 1,000 BTS stations to serve 3G, 4G, 5G mobile broadcasting; covering 21 more villages/hamlets without signal in Tuyen Quang. Currently, there are only a few villages without grid electricity, so VNPT cannot cover them. Along with that, 100% of communes and wards in Tuyen Quang also have VNPT fiber optic lines.

Regarding the construction of digital government, VNPT has deployed 09 systems to serve the construction of digital government in the province, including important systems such as: Information system for handling administrative procedures; Document management and operation system; Integrated platform system, data sharing; System for monitoring tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; VNPT iLIS land management information system...

VNPT also established management systems in key specialized fields: Health - Education, contributing to digital transformation of essential fields in the province.

Regarding the development of digital economy and digital society, VNPT has completed the deployment of a security and traffic surveillance camera system in Ha Giang City, Vi Xuyen, Bac Quang, Quang Binh, Meo Vac with 59 high-quality image cameras monitoring 24/7, the system uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to automatically identify traffic violations.

Regarding digital solutions, e-Invoice, digital signature, e-contract services... have also been provided by VNPT to more than 2,500 customers who are businesses and business households in the province.

In addition to its contributions in its own fields to join the province in developing Digital Government - Digital Economy and Society, VNPT Group is also always aware of its social responsibility. VNPT has participated in supporting social security activities launched by the locality such as: Fund for the poor; Gratitude Fund; Child Protection Fund; Elimination of temporary houses, dilapidated houses... With a total support value of over 3 billion VND per year.

With that spirit, responsibility and tradition, at the signing ceremony, VNPT Group donated 1 billion eighty million to sponsor the construction of Giang Tru A school, Du Gia commune, Tuyen Quang province; donated 500 million to support the people of Tuyen Quang province to overcome the consequences of storm No. 11.

The above results are vivid evidence of the close, quality, effective and responsible coordination between the provincial authorities and VNPT Group. These results are the basis and motivation for the two sides to have stronger cooperation steps in the period of 2025-2030, with a vision to 2035.

In recent years, the Government, central ministries, provinces and cities across the country have been paying great attention to promoting digital transformation, using it as a driving force to boost the economy. From the 57-day Resolution of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, with the participation of the entire political system, the spirit of "digital transformation" has quickly spread throughout ministries, localities and businesses across the country.

As a leading technology corporation, VNPT Corporation has soon taken on the pioneering mission of National Digital Transformation. The support, assistance and facilitation of the leaders, departments and branches of Tuyen Quang province and the results achieved in the 3 years of 2023-2025 will be a great motivation for VNPT Group to continue to effectively implement the cooperation agreement in the coming time.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, VNPT General Director Huynh Quang Liem affirmed that the Group is committed to mobilizing the best resources, accompanying the province in the digital transformation process, towards building Tuyen Quang into a comprehensively developed, modern and sustainable locality.

On the provincial side, Chairman of the People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc emphasized that cooperation with VNPT Group will be an important step for Tuyen Quang province to realize Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
