(Dan Tri) - Mr. Duong Duc Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, on behalf of the Chairman, led and directed the implementation of the work of the City People's Committee from November 8.

On November 7, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh signed and issued Notice No. 1311/TB-UBND on the delegation of authority to manage the work of the City People's Committee.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the City People's Committee authorized Mr. Duong Duc Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, to lead and direct the implementation of the work of the City People's Committee from November 8 until there is a new direction from the Central Government and the City Party Committee.

Previously, at the 14th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, Mr. Tran Sy Thanh was elected to join the Central Inspection Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the 13th Central Inspection Committee.
