The conference was held at the PVF Youth Football Training Center - Ministry of Public Security (Hung Yen province), aiming to comprehensively evaluate the results of activities in 2025, commend outstanding collectives and individuals and deploy a number of key tasks in 2026, with the goal of promoting the development of the CAND sports movement in particular as well as contributing achievements to Vietnamese sports in general.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung - Deputy Minister of Public Security emphasized: "The Central Party Committee of the Public Security and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security always pay attention and direct physical training and sports work, identifying physical training and sports as a particularly important and indispensable field of the People's Public Security force to improve the health, physical strength, bravery and fighting spirit of officers and soldiers".
Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh also shared at the conference: “For the sports movement in general, the results achieved by the Vietnam People's Public Security Sports Association have contributed to raising the level of competition in top sports. Each of the People's Public Security athletes brought home medals in regional and international arenas.
For mass sports, activities such as running, pickleball, and marathons have a widespread effect, contributing to strengthening the sports movement among the people, taking care of public health, and promoting physical exercise.
At the same time, the CAND Sports Association creates a professional image for other associations to learn about the scientific operating model and apply digital transformation in management work."
In summary of the achievements in 2025, the Vietnam People's Public Security Sports Association has had many outstanding achievements. The Association organized many activities and sporting events with great influence on national and international scale, with the participation and response of a large number of officers, soldiers, members and people.
The competitions are organized professionally and systematically such as the ASEAN Open Police Football Tournament; International Police Volleyball Tournament; Running Race - Journey following Uncle Ho's footsteps in Nghe An; Sports Festival in Lam Dong; PickleBall Tournament in the Northern region...

The Association has accompanied and supported athletes participating in 81 domestic and international sports competitions, winning 620 medals (including 233 gold medals, 165 silver medals, 222 bronze medals). Notably, shooter Trinh Xuan Vinh and many outstanding faces such as Hoang Linh Chi (swimming), Nguyen Ngoc Tram (karate), Ngan Ngoc Nghia (athletics) were honored by the Vietnam People's Public Security Sports Association at the summary conference.
At the 2025 World Police and Fire Games, Ngan Ngoc Nghia won gold medals in the men's 100m and 200m events, while Trinh Thu Vinh won gold medals in the women's 10m pistol medley. Both are on the list of participants at the upcoming 33rd SEA Games in Thailand, and are expected to continue to win gold medals for the Vietnamese sports delegation.
At the conference, T&T Group and SHB Bank received certificates of merit from the Minister of Public Security for their contributions to organizing the 2025 ASEAN Police Football Tournament.
Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group, became a member of the Executive Committee of the People's Public Security Sports Association.
