In administrative reform and digital transformation, in recent times, Thien Huong ward has pioneered many innovative models such as: "Friendly Public Administration Service Center" with the model "Saturday for the people" and "Online file support team", achieving a rate of 96.32% of files resolved on time and 99.62% of people satisfied; "Community digital technology team" in 53 residential groups, supporting VNeID installation, instructions for cashless payment, registering for online public services, contributing to spreading digital culture to each household; "Garbage classification at source - reporting on the scene via QR" helps people send images and locations of environmental violations directly to authorities; "Digital education for the masses" - a free digital skills training program for the elderly, members, union members, and youth, contributing to narrowing the digital gap in the community.

Within the framework of the program, the leaders performed the button-pressing ceremony to launch the Zalo Mini App application of Thien Huong ward, and together with the people, experienced the utilities on the application.

In the coming time, the ward will continue to deploy new models such as "Mobile Government - Mobile Service", "Electronic Handbook of Residential Groups" and "Digital Map reflecting Thien Huong urban infrastructure" integrated on the Zalo Mini App application platform of Thien Huong Ward People's Committee.
